You will bridge the gap between creative strategy and execution, managing high-impact LinkedIn profiles for our founders and driving organic growth across all social channels. Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management: End-to-end management of company Instagram pages and client social accounts, ensuring consistent posting and brand alignment.

Founder Personal Branding: Manage and grow the Founders' LinkedIn accounts, including content creation, engagement, and network building.

Content Strategy & Planning: Develop monthly content calendars, brainstorm creative concepts, and handle scheduling across all platforms.

Design Collaboration: Write clear briefs and coordinate closely with the design team to ensure visuals match the content strategy.

Community Engagement: Actively reply to comments, engage with industry leaders, and manage DMs to build a loyal community.

Organic Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential customers via social channels to generate organic leads.

Client Coordination: Act as the point of contact for existing clients regarding their social media updates and performance.
Required Skills

Copywriting: Exceptional writing skills with the ability to adapt tone for different brands (witty for Insta, professional for LinkedIn).

Platform Mastery: Deep understanding of Instagram and LinkedIn algorithms, trends, and best practices.

Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for client handling and team collaboration.
